I had the pleasure of mentoring and working with Justin during his time with us, and I'd recommend him to any design team looking for someone with both creative skill, strong character and a love for exploration.
What stood out most was how naturally he adapted to whatever was thrown at him. Across projects spanning e-commerce, game design, and dashboard work, Justin jumped in quickly, tackled challenges head-on, and always found creative ways through. Not just solving problems, but finding better approaches to them.
Beyond the output, his attitude made a real difference. Justin was communicative, responsible, and genuinely positive even under a heavy workload. His contributions and presence made our design team stronger and more resilient when it mattered most.
That combination of skill, adaptability, and character is harder to find than most people think. He'd be a strong addition to any team.
